Soft Rafting on the Adige River is a naturalistic-cultural-sports activity for schools, accessible to all with no limitations, we navigate the Adige River, a calm waterway with no rapids.
It is a no-wet activity, so you get into the dinghy dressed, are provided with equipment and then off to adventure.
We have two main navigation routes Trento area: embarking at Roncafort and disembarking at Trento south, just upstream from the Gianni Caproni Air Force Museum (about 10 km of river) or Rovereto area: embarking at Nomi (near the bicigrill) and disembarking at Mori (about 14 km of river).

Each participant will be equipped with life jacket and paddle, there will be a licensed and trained guide on each raft, the outing lasts approximately 2 hours, and is structured as follows
meeting at the embarkation point, presentation of the activity, theoretical lesson on safety and correct behaviour during navigation before embarking information and sharing of pictures photos and content on the river, cultural elements, flora and fauna (varying in content depending on the location at which the activity will take place and depending on the age of the participants). beginning of the river descent: the soft rafting activity is very flexible in terms of content, so we can define together ‘the mould’ to be given, so more sporty, rather than more cultural and naturalistic.

The Soft rafting on the Adige is one of our most popular activities for schools and groups. This river descent is not just an adventure, but a real outdoor lesson where students learn to collaborate, paddle together as a team and observe the river ecosystem from a privileged point of view. Under the guidance of our expert instructors, every trip becomes an opportunity for growth and fun in complete safety.
But Trentino Wild's offer for school trips does not stop at rafting on the Adige. It is possible to create a tailor-made programme combining several adventures. Students can explore spectacular landscapes by kayaking in the Novella canyons or try their hand at fun tactical paintball challenges to improve team communication.
For those who want to learn while having fun, we offer unique experiences such as Educational Survival, to learn orientation techniques, or our Canyoning School to introduce you to a new discipline. Each activity is designed to develop transferable skills and leave a lasting impression.
Frequently Asked Questions - River Adige Soft Raft
Absolutely! Your safety is our top priority. Throughout the activity, you will be supervised by our instructor, who will explain how to use the equipment we provide. Once you are on the trails, our guides will be on hand to offer support throughout the experience.
We are surrounded by greenery! Depending on the activities you will be doing, you may find yourself at either the Caldes or Dimaro locations. Both facilities have green relaxation areas. In Caldes, you will find playing fields and a playground with a slide and swings, just a stone's throw from our beautiful Noce River. In Dimaro, you will find a relaxation area, a slide for the little ones, a table tennis table and... the chance to enjoy a fun game of mini golf together!
Our adventure park is really safe! It has a carabiner that never opens and once inserted, it just slides... guaranteeing 100% safety! It is open to all children aged 6 and over, provided they are at least 110 cm tall. In addition to this, for the 6-7 age group, we always recommend that children are accompanied by an adult (or even an older brother or sister); younger children often have difficulty using the carabiner and the support of a family member can help them overcome any difficulties. Before departure, we always hold a preparatory briefing to provide all the information needed for a fun, safe and unforgettable adventure among the trees!

TrentinoWILD is not only an outdoor centre but also a campsite and a transport company offering hire with driver. We have over 6 buses with 54 to 35 seats, a 16-seater minibus and 3 8-seater taxis.
With us, you can organise school trips and we will pick you up anywhere in Italy and beyond. In addition, our buses are also available for internal travel to and from Holte or for organising trips outside the city, both in summer and winter.
