Sicuramente come in tutti gli sport dipende dal livello e da quali obbiettivi si vuole raggiungere. La forza in arrampicata è secondaria prima c'è l'equilibrio, la tecnica, e la fluidità nei movimenti, capacità di lettura della roccia. Poi la forza primaria è nelle dita e poi in tutto il copro. I migliori fisco sono quelli longilinei molto leggeri con tanto nervo. E' uno sport che assomiglia molto alla yoga per certi versi.
In arrampicata non c'è una età diciamo dai 6 anni, fino ai 150 anni.
Molti ragazzi che arrampicano hanno anche le vertigini, non è un limite. Bisogna solo abituarsi.
Abbiamo una struttura interna alta 8 metri. Qui se dovesse piovere potrete comunque fare l'attività imparando a fare sicura a farvi il nodo e come arrampicare. Tante volte in artificiale all'inizio risulta tutto più comodo e facile.
