Riding a bike ... pedaling in nature!
Scheduling an educational outdoor cycling outing, pedaling with friends, is a great way to combine sports and nature culture; to experience and explore new and wonderful cycling routes!
Biking is a seemingly simple experience, but it hides within itself important educational and training implications. In the company of experienced MTB Guides, we will be able to raise children's awareness of nature and the environment through a sporting activity that stimulates body and mind.
Develop motor and perceptual skills, orientation skills in space, stimulating observation and use of the senses and refining cycling skills. Proposing a sports-cultural outdoor educational activity in a context of socialization and exchange helps to work on self-confidence and trust in others, self-esteem, relationship and mutual aid among peers.
Bicycle activity, in addition to being an experience of a sporting nature, is very versatile in terms of the content and routes to be taken, so we invite preliminary contacts to agree on any specific content that is appropriate to the age of the participants and their abilities.
