Walking a forest path during the day is anything but walking it at night!
In this 2-hour experience, you will be accompanied on a journey of experimentation of emotions induced by darkness, in direct contact with the sounds and scents of the forest, accentuated by the conscious use of all the senses!
A safe path, accompanied by qualified and experienced staff, will lead you to the exploration not only of the forest at night, but also of yourself, of your emotions and of the magical sensations that you unexpectedly can experience totally immersed in the outdoors!
The activity is followed by a qualified person, psychologist and psychotherapist.
