Rest is as functional for the forest as it is for us, for an energetic and optimal recovery in the spring.
Forest bathing in winter, and in particular in a snowy environment, offers the opportunity to connect with little-known elements of the forest such as the muffled sounds, the crunching of snow under footsteps, the silence, the cold, the thin air and the special image of the snowy forest and the relationship between the natural elements and the snow itself
It will be possible to find traces in the snow of the forest's most obvious summertime inhabitants that will make us realise that life is nonetheless present.
The activity is supervised by a specialised person, a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist.
