Learning to trust one's companions, descending waterfalls by means of runs and descenders. Learning knots and how to equip a belay.
A day of training. All in safety followed by our canyon guides. A one-of-a-kind training project to introduce young people not only to a sport but to a possible job.
The course lasts one day, but the school can decide to run several days of training to increase training and experience.

Yes, we have different levels for both basic and advanced levels up to the canyon guide course.
You will know how to set up a belay on two points, you will know how to rappel on a single rope, you will know how to key on 8, you will know how to manage chafing with 8 in the line, you will know how to retrieve the rope when you are last to rappel. You will know basic abseiling techniques 3h and 2h.

When using ropes, rubbing is very important, i.e. where the rope scrapes against the rock. Strong rubbing can also damage the rope, which is why it must be managed. And there are precise techniques.
These are the manoeuvres that must be done autonomously to handle an unforeseen situation. Such as climbing up a rope, or moving from one rope to another, or passing a knot.
These are time-dependent life-saving manoeuvres. Manoeuvres that serve to save the life of your companion hanging below a waterfall.
The belay is two small plates embedded in the steel rock that are used for abseiling; on equipped routes you can find ready-made belays. But one must know how to recognise the type of belay and how to secure oneself safely.
The minibilance is part of a rescue manoeuvre where one's own body weight is used to balance the other person.
It is the length of the waterfall and consequently of the rope that must be used. For example, when doing the h3 manoeuvre, it means that the rope must be three times the height of the waterfall.
Direct rescue when a person can reach the trapped person hanging from the belay.
Indirect rescue when the person cannot or cannot reach the person underneath the stuck waterfall and therefore has to operate from the belay.
