Assolutamente sì, l'attività è accessibile a tutti, dai principianti ai più esperti. Per chi si avvicina per la prima volta, il corso in falesia a San Giacomo di 3 ore con Guida Alpina è l'ideale per imparare le basi in un ambiente attrezzato e sicuro.
L'arrampicata in falesia si svolge su roccia naturale nella scogliera attrezzata di San Giacomo con una Guida Alpina per circa 4 ore. La lezione indoor, della durata di 1 ora, si svolge invece su una parete boulder artificiale ed è pensata per apprendere i fondamentali della movimentazione verticale, da riportare poi con soddisfazione su roccia naturale.
Trentino Wild fornisce tutta l'attrezzatura tecnica necessaria: imbrago, casco e rinvii. Da casa è consigliato portare abbigliamento comodo a strati, scarponcini da trekking con suola in vibram o scarpe da ginnastica con buona suola, zaino con un ricambio e una borraccia.

San Giacomo è una falesia attrezzata con caratteristiche ideali per chi vuole imparare: roccia di qualità, vie di diverse difficoltà e un ambiente sicuro e controllato. È uno dei luoghi più apprezzati per avvicinarsi all'arrampicata in Trentino, lontano dalla complessità tecnica delle vie alpine.
L'approccio è prevalentemente pratico: si impara arrampicando, con la Guida Alpina che fornisce indicazioni tecniche direttamente in parete. La teoria viene integrata in modo naturale durante le sessioni, spiegando le tecniche nel momento in cui si applicano sulla roccia.
Non è necessario essere atleti. L'arrampicata lavora su equilibrio, tecnica e coordinazione più che sulla forza bruta. Con 12 ore di pratica progressiva il fisico si adatta naturalmente alle richieste dello sport, e la Guida Alpina calibra le difficoltà in base alle capacità di ciascun partecipante.
