L'attività di trekking si propone come esperienza a diretto contatto con la natura: imparare il ritmo della camminata secondo il ritmo del gruppo, supportarsi e riscoprire l'aiuto reciproco e la sopportazione della fatica sono elementi fondamentali per aiutare il team a ragionare su come strategicamente affrontare in gruppo i momenti di stress sul lavoro. Il percorso sarà scelto insieme alla segreteria in base alle Vostre richieste.
