The activity has a training value under two aspects: subjective - individual, whereby participants can experience themselves in the various levels of difficulty of the paths in order to regain self-esteem, courage and motivation in facing ‘obstacles’; team, as during the activity group exercises will be proposed that are able to work on communication, trust and leadership in the group.

The tree adventure park activity, also known as ‘albering’ or ‘rope course’, consists of negotiating suspended courses (pulleys, Tibetan bridges, walkways, tunnels, etc.) between trees.
EQUIPMENT TO BE CARRIED TO THE TREES ADVENTURE PARK: sportswear suitable for the season (we recommend clothing that can get dirty - there is a possibility of resin on the trees), comfortable, well-soled shoes (trekking - light trekking - trainers)

The Rafting Centre Trentino Wild Val di Sole in Dimaro has over 40 years' experience in organising outdoor activities and extreme sports in Trentino Alto Adige.
At reception you can rent an Action Cam to immortalise your adventures. Rental is free of charge and an SD card is supplied with the camera, which must be purchased. Rental can only be made after purchase of the SD card
The park is also open in light rain.
The tree adventure park Trentino wild Park in Val di Sole is open from mid-April to mid-September every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last access time).
