Trentino Wild is organizing a basic ski mountaineering approach course with a total duration of 4 days in two weekends.

The organization is available to help you find specific equipment.
Day 1
8:30 a.m. Meet at the Trentino Wild Center in Dimaro (Via Gole 412, Dimaro Folgarida - TN);
Introduction to the course and equipment use;
Half-day outing Madonna di Campiglio (Malga Ciocomiti);
Lunch at the refuge or packed lunch;
16:30 Free everyone!
Day 2
9:00 Meeting at Campo Carlo Magno (Madonna di Campiglio);
All-day ski mountaineering trip to Cima Roma;
Packed lunch or at hut along the way;
During the trip, practical lesson on snowmaking.
4:30 pm Free everyone!
Day 3
9:00 Meeting at San Bernardo di Rabbi (TN);
All-day ski mountaineering trip to Monte Sole;
Packed lunch or at hut along the way;
During the outing, hands-on cartography lesson;
4:30 pm Free everyone!
Day 4
9:00 Meeting at Passo del Tonale (TN);
All-day ski mountaineering trip to Presena Pass;
Packed lunch or at hut along the way;
During the outing, practical lesson in avalanche recovery simulation;
4:30 pm Free everyone!
Warm ski clothing, helmet, ski gear
backpack of at least 20L with:
with thermos of hot drink
packed lunch,
snack or energy bar,
gloves,
tank top,
spare socks and shirt, beanie,
goggles or sun mask,
possible sunscreen.
Not included in the price:
Ski equipment rental;
Safety equipment rental (artva, shovel and probe).
Minimum age 16 (parental clearance will be required)
Attestation of good health
