The Cevedale Lakes trek is an all-day hike completely within the Stelvio National Park.
Snow-capped peaks, glaciers, alpine lakes and ancient trails are just some of the things you will see on this beautiful hike of challenging difficulty perfect for those who want to discover the charms of the high mountains without necessarily having to be experienced mountaineers!
The itinerary starts from Malga Mare to climb up towards Pian Venezia where the signs of the passage of glaciers are still very evident.
From Pian Venezia we will enter the Wild on a less beaten path but one that will still take us to the presence of Mount Cevedale at Rif. Larcher.
After lunch, Lake Lungo and the Careser Reservoir await us and then we will begin the descent to the valley with breathtaking views of some of the highest mountains in all of Trentino.
We will never be alone during the day! In fact, this hike is perfect for wildlife spotting, including friendly marmots!
