Our hectic lives constantly confront us with stressful situations: work, family, the various problems of daily routines, and sometimes even big burdens to carry on with effort and sacrifice.
In this experiential workshop, supervised by an experienced psychologist and psychotherapist, some of the most effective psychological techniques of stress management, drawn from various psychological approaches, particularly from trauma interventions based on self-help, will be addressed.
The activity is open to all ... an experience worth having, because it can provide interesting and useful practices to put into practice in our everyday lives!
And our beautiful "experiential classroom" will be the unspoiled nature of Val di Sole!
