Book online! Streamline payment practices and check-in!
To streamline the on-site registration and acceptance procedures, bookings for activities can be made directly online, in complete autonomy through the "bookings" section available in each activity.
Do you want to book an activity package? It's very simple, you can click on the "Activity Packages" section or fill your cart with the activities you prefer (offers/discounts apply in any cases).
You will be asked for a confirmatory deposit for the entire amount of the cart, you can pay using a credit card or paypal account.

Bank Transfer: have you agreed on payment by bank transfer with the secretariat?
If you have agreed with the secretariat to pay the amount by bank transfer, below you can find the bank details and indications of what to insert in the reason for payment:

- REASON: remember to always indicate in the reason for payment the surname and name of the person booking, number of participants, type of activity chosen, chosen day, telephone number. (Ex. Reason: Confirmatory Deposit, ID 580278, Rossi Alessandro, 7 extra rafting, 16/05/22 - 333/3333333).
A single payment per group must be made which must coincide with the name given when booking by telephone. The deposit must be paid within 3 days from the date the reservation is entered

To get a quote for group activities such as bachelor parties or hen party you can use the Experience configurator which will allow you to have a estimate for all the activities you have in mind!
We remind you that in all cases, at the end of the booking, you will be required to fill in the list of participants to complete the check-in: you can share the QR code of the booking via email or via whatsApp so as to allow each participant to complete their booking!

CANCELLATION POLICIES
- The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal with reimbursement of the entire amount paid, in case of cancellations before 7 days (seven) from the expected date of carrying out the activity. The request must be sent in writing to

- For reservations before the date, the non-refundable rule will be applied
- If any cancellations were decided by the Trentino Wild organization (due to failure to reach the minimum number of participants or inadequate safety conditions for carrying out the activity) the full amount will be refunded.
