WEEKLY CAMP TRAINING
CAMP Training has been created for competitive teams, clubs and groups of athletes. The “Training Camp” can have different purposes, from the simple opportunity for a summer retreat to the intensive camp aimed at overcoming small gaps, training and setting in big water before an important race or simply a summer vacation totally focused on our great passion !
Each training camp includes a personalized schedule. The coach or the referent of the group establishes the basic needs and objectives of the camp and in collaboration with our Masters and Technicians is drawn up the weekly program that, in addition to the hours dedicated to kayaking in the river, provide complementary activities aimed at improving the performance and technique.
In each training camp time is devoted to aspects of fundamental importance such as safety and dexterity. Complementing the motor coordination, disciplines such as acrobatic and bouldering gymnastics are sometimes offered, as well as running and mtb for cardio-circulatory conditioning. Other river activities are sometimes used if there is a need for further information on the dynamics of river currents.
The camp provides overnight accommodation in tents and the organization of the three main meals; on request, with the collaboration of some affiliated facilities, it is possible to organize an overnight stay at the hotel.
